How Your Daily Check-In Call Works
Our Number Save (833) 310-4278 in your contacts as CareLine Plus so you recognize our call.
When We Call You will receive an automated call at your preferred time. Simply follow the prompt to confirm you are okay.
If You Miss the Call We will make additional attempts to reach you. If we are still unable to reach you a Care Team member will follow up directly.
Care Team Calls If a Care Team member calls you back it may come from a different number. They will always identify themselves as CareLine Plus.
