Important: Our automated daily check-in calls are NOT recorded. We only log:

  • Date and time of call attempt

  • Whether you responded to the check-in call

  • Number of call attempts made

No audio recording or voice data is stored.

4. TCPA Consent and Automated Calls

By subscribing to CareLine Plus Services you expressly consent to receive automated telephone calls and text messages from CareLine Plus LLC at the phone number you provide during registration. This includes:

  • Daily automated wellness check-in calls

  • Follow up calls from CareLine Plus team members

  • Service related text messages and notifications

You understand and agree that:

  • Consent to receive automated calls is a condition of using the CareLine Plus Service

  • Standard message and data rates may apply

  • You may withdraw consent at any time by canceling your membership

  • Withdrawing consent means CareLine Plus can no longer provide the Service to you

5. How We Share Your Information

We respect your privacy and limit sharing to the following circumstances:

Internal Access

CareLine Plus team members access member information on a strictly need-to-know basis:

  • Team members access name, phone number, address, email, emergency contact information, and call status only

  • Payment information is never accessible to any CareLine Plus team members

  • All payment processing is handled exclusively and securely through Stripe

Emergency Contact Alerts

When you do not respond to check-in calls we share limited information with your designated emergency contact:

  • Your name

  • The fact that you did not respond to your check-in call

  • Date and time of missed check-in

Non-Emergency Authority Disclosure

If all contact attempts are unsuccessful and your safety cannot be confirmed, CareLine Plus may share the following with local non-emergency authorities:

  • Your name

  • Your address

  • Your phone number

  • Emergency contact details

This disclosure is made solely for the purpose of requesting a wellness check and only when deemed necessary by CareLine Plus staff.

Third Party Service Providers

We use the following trusted third party providers to deliver our Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing

  • Squarespace — website hosting

  • Twilio — automated calling system

  • Memberstack — member account management

  • Zoho — customer relationship management

  • Google — email communications and internal operations

These providers access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are bound to protect your information.
